1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to cepat44. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") governs your use of the platform, website, services, and all products offered by cepat44 ("Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue your use of the cepat44 Platform immediately. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms will be deemed as acceptance of those changes.

These Terms are to be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and cepat44.

2Eligibility to Become a Member

Cepat44 services are available only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria, without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration. cepat44 does not permit registration or use by individuals under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• Must be a resident of or physically present in Malaysia when using the Platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently on an active self-exclusion list with cepat44 or any recognised gambling platform.
• Have never been suspended or banned by cepat44 for a prior breach of terms.

By registering a cepat44 account, you hereby declare and warrant that you meet all the eligibility requirements stated above and that all information you provide is true, accurate, and up to date.

3Registration & Account Management

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) cepat44 account only. This covers one account per individual, one account per mobile number, one account per email address, and one account per device or home IP address. Multiple accounts, regardless of reason, are considered fraudulent and will be dealt with accordingly.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full name as per your identification card, an active phone number, and correct financial details. False or misleading information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your cepat44 account login credentials secure. cepat44 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login details. Please contact cepat44 support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Cepat44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or proof of address. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal being placed on hold.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Cepat44 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet (TNG) – Instant deposits, minimum RM 20
• DuitNow – Direct transfer, minimum RM 20
• GrabPay – Via the Grab app, minimum RM 20
• Boost eWallet – Minimum RM 20
• ShopeePay – Via the Shopee app, minimum RM 20
• FPX Online Banking – Includes Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect and other banks that support FPX

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit for all methods is RM 20.00 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and your account's VIP tier. cepat44 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Deposit Security

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing via another person's account or payment method is strictly prohibited. cepat44 is not liable for any deposit delays caused by third parties such as banks or eWallet providers.

5Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

To successfully process a withdrawal from your cepat44 account, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account has completed the full KYC verification process
• No outstanding bonus wagering requirements
• The real money balance (excluding bonus funds) in the account must be at least RM 30.00
• Withdrawal method must match the deposit method or be under the same account name

5.2 Processing Timeframe

Cepat44 processes all withdrawal requests within 30 minutes to 24 hours depending on the chosen method and requested amount. Withdrawals via DuitNow and TNG eWallet are typically the fastest. For amounts exceeding RM 10,000, additional verification may be required.

5.3 First Withdrawal

The first withdrawal from any new account requires verification of identity documents (MyKad) along with a bank statement or proof of ownership of the payment method. This is a standard security measure to protect all cepat44 members.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

6.1 Wagering Requirement

All bonuses awarded by cepat44 — including the Welcome Bonus, Reload Bonus, Cashback and any other promotions — are subject to the wagering requirements stated in their respective promotional terms. You must fulfil those wagering requirements before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.

6.2 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonuses that are unused or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the specified timeframe will expire automatically. cepat44 will not reinstate expired bonuses.

6.3 One Bonus Per Promotion

Each promotion may only be claimed once per account, phone number, device, and IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once through different accounts constitutes fraud and may result in all associated accounts being suspended.

6.4 Bonus Modification Rights

Cepat44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion or bonus programme at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the Platform.

7Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and VIP tier. Current limits can be found on the individual game pages on the cepat44 Platform. For Sports Betting covering Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, and e-sports, additional betting limits may apply during major events.

7.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error during gameplay — including internet connection disruptions, software issues or system errors — cepat44 reserves the right to void any affected rounds or bets and restore the account balance to its state prior to the error.

7.3 Final Results

All game outcomes recorded by the cepat44 server are final and binding. In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on your device and the server records, the cepat44 server records shall prevail.

7.4 Sports Betting – Special Rules

For Sports Betting, all confirmed bets placed before a match begins are valid regardless of any last-minute changes to team lineups or match conditions. cepat44 reserves the right to cancel or adjust bets if any information used during bet processing is found to be false or misleading.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cepat44 Platform and may result in immediate account termination and/or legal action:

• Fraud and Forgery: Providing false information, falsifying documents, or using another person's identity
• Money Laundering: Using the cepat44 Platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity
• Exploitation of Technical Loopholes: Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs or software errors for unauthorised gain
• Use of Unauthorised Software: Using bots, automated scripts, assistance software or any tools that provide an unfair advantage
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or maintaining more than one cepat44 account
• Match Fixing: Engaging in any form of sports betting fraud or match-fixing
• Threats and Harassment: Threatening, harassing or bullying cepat44 staff or other members

9Account Termination and Suspension

9.1 Termination by Member

You may close your cepat44 account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat. Before closure, please ensure all valid funds have been withdrawn. Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements will be automatically forfeited upon account closure.

9.2 Termination by cepat44

Cepat44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of any part of these Terms
• The member has provided false or misleading information during registration or in the course of using the Platform
• Account activity showing patterns associated with fraud, money laundering or bet coordination
• Member has been requested by an authorised representative to be placed under self-exclusion
• Regulatory or legal requirements oblige cepat44 to do so

9.3 Effects of Termination

When an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, cepat44 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and winnings obtained through conduct that violated the Terms. Original deposit funds may be returned at cepat44's discretion, subject to investigation.

10Responsible Gaming

Cepat44 takes its social responsibility to all members seriously. We believe gambling should be purely a form of entertainment — not a primary source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

10.1 Available Self-Exclusion Tools

All cepat44 members have access to the following tools through their account settings or by contacting support:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit within a given period
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for a specified period
• Session Time Limit: Limit the amount of time you spend on the cepat44 Platform each day
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months
• Full Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account if you feel that is the right decision for you

11Limitation of Liability

Cepat44 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, cepat44 shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform
• Service disruptions, technical delays, or system failures beyond cepat44's control
• Losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party due to your own negligence
• Changes in laws, regulations, or government policies affecting the availability of services

Cepat44's maximum liability to you under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited within the 30 days preceding the relevant liability claim.

12Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

12.1 Right to Amend

Cepat44 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

12.2 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the cepat44 Platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
